You can place orders in our store from Romania and Slovakia too. We deliver our products to you with a courier service.
In case of an international order, we make out an export invoice and its discharge is done in the currency of the set country.

Our prices are set in HUF and they contain the VAT.

The description of all the products has a set "identity line". This contains the "product ID number", the "name of the product" and other further information.

After this we deliver your order to you with a courier service.
The delivery of the packages takes place on weekdays, between 8 am-7 pm, this is why it is important to give a phone number in your order which is available during daytime (preferably mobile number). Unfortunately we cannot set the time of the delivery in advance, but in case the courier does not find your home, he will contact you at the given phone number.
Because of the mode of delivery, please give an address where our courier can find you within the delivery period. This address can be you home address, your workplace, etc.
In case the courier cannot deliver your order, he will contact you at the given phone number setting up a new time with you. The delivery contains two occasions when our courier tries to deliver your order. If our courier cannot deliver your order successfully during these two occasions (nobody is willing to receive the package at the given address, nobody can be contacted), you have to pay for the next delivery the same delivery fee once again.
You have to pay for your order in cash at delivery.
Please check whether the package contains all the products that you ordered and whether they are in perfect condition.
Should your product be damaged, please place this fact on record with the courier. Please check that your order is complete and without any damages at the time of delivery. Any kind of warranty in connection with the damages can be validated only based on the record placed at delivery.

The warranty period to the products that we distribute is set by the manufacturer and also by the governing laws. We sell all the devices with a one-year long warranty. In case of products which come with a letter of guarantee, any warranty claim can be done with the copy of the invoice and the original letter of guarantee. In case of products which do not come with a letter of guarantee, the invoice entitles you to warranty claims. In case of products which come with a letter of guarantee, the brand service named on this certificate is competent. If the faulty product has a letter of guarantee, the brand service named on this certificate is competent regarding warranty services. Should the product bought at our store become faulty within the warranty period, please contact us and tell us without delay. You can send back the product to our headquarters with a courier or via mail. Unfortunately we cannot take over the costs of the return; the buyer has to pay for this.
Should you want to send back the product with our courier, please contact us via email or phone to give us the details of the delivery and a phone number on which we can contact you during the day. In order to vindicate any product replacement based on the warranty, if possible please send back the product in its original package and with its original accessories.
In case you send the faulty product back via mail or our courier, beside the necessary papers it is important to send us the description of the problem and your phone number on which we can contact you.
We take back every product within the warranty period. These products get checked by our brand service and the service checks whether they can be repaired or should be replaced.
Should the manufacturing number/bar code of the product be damaged or lost, or any physical damage of the product causes the loss of warranty.
Any damage and warranty costs originating from the inappropriate use of the product shall be paid by the person who causes such damage.
